By far the best Doctors experience I've had.
Receptionist very rude and argumentative. Did not try to be helpful and I was not able to be seen by doctor.
This is our family's formal complaint letter as to no one from the billing department is returning our call. Kristina from teasly clinic said 10 times or more that Brenda from the billing dept would call us but did not. Until now. I kept calling all day, and I get a lot of excuses, either she's not on her desk, out for lunch or talking to another patient on the phone. We also left a ton of voicemails!! This issue has been ongoing for 2 months already. We've been seen at your clinic in aubrey sept. 19th Nd 26th. Both for routinary immunizations and well child visits. We were charged for deductible and cost shares every visit. We have tricare for insurance and it says no patient responsibility for all the visits we made. Please help us solve this problem, we can not get our money which we thought would go to our deductible but did not. Please have this straightened out and return our money.

Friendly, professional, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. The doctor GENUINELY cares about getting me better and is definitely not after the money. I just found my new primary care physician!
