All this hate, calling us WORSE than Nazis is utterly heart breaking. I don't always agree with the dress code but Aubrey didn't have them take off their sweatshirts because of what was on the logo but because the logo was simply too big therefore out out dress code. Our school received threats to the children while we were in the school I was afraid everyone was afraid in class that someone would show up and start shooting at the school. We have the best principal here, and the bests teachers. I know this debacle happened a while ago. However I just want to set the record straight as I see no one is on the reviews. Out school does not deserve a 2.5 star rating. We did not deserve the hate.
If you want you kids to suffer under the duress of something as simple as how they dress, and teachers who don't teach at all, send them to AHS. They tell the kids that they are distracting other students by dressing in a PLAIN GRAY SHIRT. OR ANY COLOR THAT'S PLAIN. That's why I moved my kid to Krum.

Not as awful as people may think, but whoever decided to build a school in a flood prone spot should be hung!
Outstanding school and leadership. The teachers seem to genuinely care about the students and there are many opportunities for high achievers to excel. I noted the dress code comments. I'm sure this was put into place so the students will not be distracted by clothing and focus on their studies.
